Blueberry Pancake Recipe

Start your day right with this fluffy, delicious blueberry pancake recipe made just right with Loya Milk.


  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 Cup of Water
  • 3 Tablespoons of Loya Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • Knob of Butter

    1. In a bowl, Sieve dry ingredients (Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt) and set aside
    2. Dissolve Loya Milk in water and whisk together eggs, vegetable oil
    3. Fold in wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to form smooth batter
    4. Grease frying pan with butter on medium heat
    5. Pour in pancake batter, add on preferred amount blueberries, cook for one minute on one side
    6. Flip over and cook side for another minute.
    7. Serve with honey
